These terms explain how product information, quotation communication, warranty, and shipping notes are handled for machinery inquiries.

Product Information

Machine images, specifications, and configuration descriptions must match the actual model offered. Final specifications should be confirmed in the signed quotation or sales contract.

Quotations

Prices, delivery time, packaging, installation, warranty, and spare parts terms should be stated in writing for each order.

Warranty and Support

Warranty period, excluded parts, support channels, and service response process should be confirmed in the quotation or sales contract.

Shipping and Import

Buyers may be responsible for local customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and installation conditions unless otherwise stated in the contract.
